Description
At our Seabrook Facility, the Mixing Operator is responsible for weighing and measuring bulk ingredients into manufacturing tanks for blending and for the maintenance and sanitation of the brewery equipment and brewery facility. In general, your day will consist of preparing ingredients for batching via weighing, measuring, and grinding as necessary as well as mixing these processed ingredients with water and other liquids. The typical day also involves the cleaning of tanks and ingredient measuring equipment using caustic and sanitizing chemicals. As a result, the Mixing Operator is expected to maintain and observe safe working conditions at all times.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepares for upcoming production by verifying ingredients.
- Measuring ingredients in sanitized and sealed containers.
- Maintain accurate and complete batching details.
- Maintaining a clean, safe work environment at all times.
- Sanitizing brewing equipment in a safe and proper manner.
- Perform other tasks as needed
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Prolonged periods of time of standing and working on your feet.
- Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.
- Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.
- Must be able to stoop, crawl, twist, turn, lift, kneel, climb ladders and stairs.
- Must be able to regularly lift/carry heavy supplies in an environment that may be loud, slick, humid, and hot.
Pay: $18.00 -$24.00 per hour
